Gospel Academy Online Course Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
1.1. By enrolling in or using any course ("Course") offered by Gospel Academy through the Thinkific platform ("Platform"), you ("Student" or "You") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Course.
2. Enrollment and Registration
2.1. To access and enroll in a Course, you must register for an account on the Thinkific Platform and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
3. Course Access
3.1. Course access is granted on a per-course basis and is non-transferable.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment for Course enrollment is processed through the Thinkific Platform and is subject to the Platform's payment terms and policies.
5. Course Content
5.1. Course content, including but not limited to text, videos, images, and materials, is owned by Gospel Academy and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share Course content without explicit written consent.
5.2. Gospel Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or remove Course content at its sole discretion.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1. You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and ethical manner when participating in the Course. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in Course access termination.
7. Refund Policy
7.1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Gospel Academy. No refunds will be provided after the 14-days refund period or after you have started to review the course material.
8. Privacy and Data
8.1. By using the Course, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in Gospel Academy's Privacy Policy and in other third-party privacy policies, such as Mailchimp’s and the Thinkific Platform's Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
9.1. Gospel Academy makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding Course outcomes or results.
10. Termination
10.1. Gospel Academy reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course if you breach these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1. Gospel Academy may modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Course after changes to the Terms signify your acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Force Majeure
12.1. Gospel Academy shall not be liable to you for any breach of its obligations or termination under these terms and conditions arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes and other Acts of God, terrorism, strikes, delay caused by transport disputes, failure to provide a course caused by a death in the trainer’s family, illness of the trainer, Government edict or regulation.
13. Assignment
13.1. We may assign, transfer, sub-contract any of our rights or obligations to any third party at our discretion.
14. Governing Law
14.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
